MYFC, LLC ("we," "us," or "our") operates the Uplift mobile application (the "App"). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use our App. This App is designed for children in grades 1-6 and complies with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA).

Subscription payments are processed through Apple's App Store. We do not directly collect or store credit card or payment information. Payment data is handled according to Apple's privacy policy.

Our App is designed for children ages 6-12. We are committed to protecting children's privacy and comply with COPPA:

  • We collect only the minimum information necessary to provide educational services

However, no method of electronic storage is 100% secure. While we strive to protect your information, we cannot guarantee absolute security.

  • RevenueCat (subscription management)
  • Apple (App Store payment processing)

  • When you delete your account, we delete your personal information within 30 days
